These terms govern your use of Remoki, including the mobile and desktop applications. By using Remoki, you agree to these terms.
What Remoki is
Section titled “What Remoki is”Remoki is a tool that helps you mine Japanese vocabulary into Anki from your phone by connecting to your own desktop app over a direct connection.
Use at your own risk
Section titled “Use at your own risk”Remoki is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind — express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that Remoki will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Your responsibility
Section titled “Your responsibility”You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your own desktop app and network connection
- Any content you send through Remoki to your Anki setup
- Ensuring your use of Remoki complies with applicable laws
Intellectual property
Section titled “Intellectual property”Remoki and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of liability
Section titled “Limitation of liability”To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Remoki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of the app.
Modifications
Section titled “Modifications”We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL. Continued use of Remoki after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
